Professional stunt performer. British Stunt Register member. Rob has spent years working on film and television productions, specialising in fire burns and developing fire protection systems.

Stunt Forge exists because the products available were inconsistent, impractical, or had not been designed from the performer's perspective. Rob set out to change that — developing fire gels, fuels, and protective systems through careful research, systematic testing, and direct application on professional productions.

The result is a range of products that prioritise repeatability, reliability, and real-world usability. Nothing is released until it has been thoroughly evaluated under the conditions it will actually be used in.
